We asked our team to tell us the truth about what it's like to work here – anonymously, with no pressure to say the right thing. This is our first time running the survey, and the honesty our team showed up with earned us something we're genuinely proud of: Great Place to Work Certification™.

As the team responsible for culture, hiring, and employee experience, we don't take this lightly, especially as a company that's only one year old. We know certifications can feel like marketing. This one isn't. It's built entirely on what our own people said about trust in leadership, pride in their work, and whether Nomad feels like a place worth staying.
