Spending limits are fully configurable per driver, card, or transaction. You set daily, weekly, or per-transaction caps to control costs, prevent fraud, and keep every dollar working for your fleet. Limits can be adjusted anytime through the Nomad Fuel Portal, giving you real-time control and peace of mind.
Out of network transactions are blocked by default but can be enabled on request. If enabled, purchases at non-participating locations are subject to different pricing and may not include program benefits or rebates. For most customers, we recommend fueling only at in-network sites to maximize savings and reporting.
